Founding Partner, S. Phil has handled cases in the state courts of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey, the District of Delaware, and the Southern District of New York. In appellate matters, Phil has successfully argued before the Pennsylvania Superior and Supreme Courts as well as the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Phil is a graduate of Temple University where he graduated summa cum laude earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the Widener University School of Law. Following law school, Phil accepted a position with one of the most prestigious criminal law firms on the East Coast where he built a reputation among colleagues and judges as a prepared and zealous advocate. In July of 2013, Phil opened his own practice specializing in complex high-profile cases. With a warrior mentality, Phil not only prides himself on his zealous representation of clients but maintains a commitment to return each and every phone call by the end of every business day.
Phil is a proud graduate of Northeast High school. He was born and raised in the Mayfair section of the city. He lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife, daughter and his two rescue dogs.
